This dress is the lightweight fairy dress of your dreams. The skirt moves beautifully without being at all bulky. I wanted a dress that felt special without being big or flashy, and for me, this was perfect for our summer garden party wedding. The ruffles and the open, lace-up back were fun and sexy to balance the simplicity of the skirt. I ended up liking the bottom tiers, but you could choose to shorten the dress to tea length and eliminate the tiers for a simpler look. I felt supported and comfortable with the bust support the dress offered. The fabric has no stretch.
Alterations
Dress was shortened (now just over 56" from shoulder to bottom of front of dress), retaining the bottom ruffles.
