The Dress

This A-line designer bridal gown from Essense of Australia features vine lace details on a Diamante-embellished tulle skirt with a sweetheart neckline. The back zips up under sparkling crystal buttons. The gown has ivory silver lace with ivory and almond tulle over a champagne gown. The back zips up but also has crystal buttons for part of the way. This dress is gorgeous. I wanted a dress that was light and airy and also felt comfortable, and this was all of those. I was against a white dress and wanted more of a blush color, and this was kind of a happy medium. In dresses, I typically wear a 6-8, but sized up because of my bust size. I am a 34DDD, and was able to wear this dress (which has boning inside) without a bra and felt supported and comfortable all night. The dress is tulle on the bottom, but it is a soft tulle. The only alterations done were to bring in the top for the waist and shorten it 3 inches. I am 5'6" but was able to wear 3.5 inches heels with it, and it was still a little long. Due to the fact that it is tulle on the bottom, it wasn't able to be bustled, however the seamstress recommended i pin the back up with a brooch, and it worked perfectly. I will also include the veil and the brooch at no additional cost. The veil included is pictured in the last photo. It is an almond/cream colored veil with delicate silver beading that went with the dress perfectly, without overpowering it. It alone retails for 185.
